Dr. Malik is honored you chose her for your healthcare needs. She is accepting new patients for 60-minute in person visits at her Beverly Hills and Irvine locations. You are also eligible for a 45-minute virtual or telemedicine visit if you are located in the states of California, Illinois, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Texas or Virginia. If you are not located in these state you may schedule a 30-minute educational visit.
Does Dr. Malik accept my insurance?
In order to deliver excellent care without the restrictions of commercial insurance companies and spend more time with each patient Dr. Malik will be out of network with all insurance plans.
How will I know how much an appointment will cost me?
To determine your insurance coverage for out-of-network healthcare services, it is advisable to review your insurance policy or directly contact your insurance provider. Your policy will typically provide information on the percentage of the out-of-network cost that your insurance will cover and your out-of-network maximum, deductible and copayment. It is also recommended that you confirm if your insurance provider requires pre-authorization or a referral for out-of-network services.
We understand the importance of transparent healthcare services. The cost for your appointment is detailed below during the patient registration process. Payment for your appointment will be due at the time services are rendered. Following the appointment, you will receive a superbill, which can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement of covered out-of-network expenses.
What is an educational visit?
During an educational visit, Dr. Malik can offer educational information about your specific health issue and suggest tests and treatments that may be available through a local clinician. She cannot provide a a formal diagnosis or prescribe medication.

1 Hour Comprehensive Visit: During your appointment, you will receive a thorough physical examination, along with on-site testing such as urinalysis and bladder scans

Personalized Treatment Plans: Treatment plans are tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Flexible Scheduling: Followup visits can be done in person on Wednedays & Fridays or via telemedicine on weekends and evenings

Assess Fit for Our Practice: Use this session to assess if our practice aligns with your needs and expectations. Determine if we are the right fit for your urologic care journey.
No Patient-Physician Relationship: It’s important to note that this educational visit does not establish a patient-physician relationship. We are here to educate and guide you but cannot provide a diagnosis or treatment plan if you select the Educational Visit.
